MUMBAI: Atom.com, a digital comedy network of Viacom MTV Networks, and Comedy Central have announced the co-funding of the new web series The Fuzz from Waverly Films.

According to the new deal, five webisodes of The Fuzz will premiere on Atom.com later this year.

Comedy Central will work closely with both Atom.com and Waverly films to develop the series as a pilot for potential on-air distribution. This deal extends Atom.com's partnership with Waverly films.
