NDTV Good Times summer line up for its 'wellness band'

MUMBAI: NDTV Good Times announced the new lineup of wellness shows under the 'Touching Lives' with Apollo Hospitals wellness band. The shows are grouped under three themes namely Man, Woman and Child, Celebrity Weekends and Mind Body Soul.

"Touching Lives is all about inspiring our viewers to adopt a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. We hope our new mix of wellness programming helps our audience live higher and deeper lives," says NDTV Good Times channel head Shibani Sharma Khanna.

Under the Man, Woman and Child theme the shows include Women on Top which will be broadcast on Mondays at 8.30 am and 7 pm. Hosted by Manvi Dhillon, it will showcase those women who have shed their inhibitions and made honest confessions about real life issues affecting their health, their bodies or their relationships!.

Starting 5 May No Kidding, a new show will be screened on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8.30 am and 7 pm. Men's HQ hosted by Samir Kocchar will be shown on Wednesdays 8.30 and 7 pm. The show features ordinary men who have transformed their mundane, often unhealthy lifestyles to live healthy and extraordinary lives.

Under the Celebrity Weekends, starting 9 May, The Fit and the Famous will broadcast every Saturday 8.30 am and 7 pm. In the show top Bollywood celebrities will share their fitness routine and secrets. Breaking Bread with Aditya Bal will hit the screens on 10 May and can be viewed every Sunday 8.30 am and 7 pm. The show takes viewers into the lives of celebrities who have turned their passion for food into successful business.

Under the theme Mind, Body and Soul, starting 4 May catch Happiness: A journey with Deepak Chopra every Monday and Saturday at 9am and 7.30 pm. Each episode in this series will explore a specific theme -Relationships, Health, Money, Aging, Death etc., and will leave you with a specific key.

One Life to Love will be screened every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am and 7.30 pm. The show follows an easy conversation-cum-documentary format with expert insights that viewers can immediately apply to their lives. Samara Currimbhoy takes on a yogic journey with Bodylicious Yoga every Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 am and 7.30 pm.

Debuting 10 May, Apollo 11 is a new a series that profiles 11 state-of-the-art medical technologies at the Apollo Group of Hospitals and showcases the craft that is practiced there. The show will be broadcast every Sunday at 9 am and 7.30 pm.
