SunTec launches relationship loyalty solution

MUMBAI: Thiruvanthapuram-based transaction pricing and billing solutions major SunTec has launched an enhanced relationship loyalty solution for communication, media and entertainment (CME) providers.

Company officials have said that SunTec planned to capitalise on the customer loyalty management requirements of the CME market by empowering service providers to control customer attrition and maximise profits.

 

SunTec CEO K Nanda Kumar said, "the loyalty solution was specially designed to interface with any legacy billing system so that service providers can incrementally add necessary functionalities without replacing the existing infrastructure".

He said that the facility to manage customer service and pricing, to provide the right quality of service at the right price to each customer segment enabled service providers to differentiate their offerings in an intensely-competitive and commoditised market.

 
 

Given the fact that high value customers contribute more to profit, the solution allows service providers to choose to offer exclusive rebates or discounts to retain them.

Company officials also said that the fully-automated relationship loyalty solution enabled service providers to analyse, categorise and determine churn factors for different customer categories and to support flexible pricing and discounting strategies that can be tailored to the needs of each category.
