9X to seek bliss from new Sai Baba show

MUMBAI: After the management step down of the Mukerjeas, INX Media's Hindi general entertainment channel (GEC) 9X is trying to beef up its fresh programming.

The channel, which was running only one fresh content fiction show Black, is now set to launch Sai bhakton ki Sachchi Kahaniyan from 3 April.

The half-hour series will be aired every Friday and Saturday at 8 pm. Produced by Shirdi Saibaba foundation and presented by Aushim Khetrapal, the series will showcase the incidents of people who experienced the divinity of Sai Baba.

The show will also showcase celebrities sharing their experiences and their belief. The experience shared by the people will be developed into stories to be telecast.

"I am blessed to get this opportunity of presenting a devotional yet close to reality show like Sai Bhakton Ki Sachchi Kahaniyan. This show will appeal to all the devotees of Baba," says Khetarpal.

Sudhir Dalvi enacts the role of Sai Baba in the show.
