MUMBAI: Comcast International Media Group is spreading its wings to south-eastern Europe by securing carriage for E! International Network on Romtelecom's Dolce platform in Romania.

Being carried on DTH platform Dolce's basic package, this is E!'s first launch in Romania and will be reaching out to approximately 600,000 subscribers.

With the new deal, E! International Network is now available in more than 121 countries in 21 languages, reaching 91 million-plus subscribers.

"E! Entertainment's programming has been popular with audiences in Romania. We are delighted to substantially increase our reach with this new channel launch. With this latest channel deal, E! is now available to an impressive 91 million viewers worldwide, outside of the US," says CIMG MD Brad Wald.
