NEW DELHI: IBN18 Network's English news channel CNN-IBN has launched IBNPolitics.com, ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.

Commenting on the launch, IBN18 Network editor-in-chief Rajdeep Sardesai says, "IBNPolitics.com promises to be the first news website that comprehensively covers politics in India and specifically elections. This is the one stop website where you will get anything connected with elections and politics and a time when elections 2009 are top of the mind."

The website will provide updates during elections and will also allow users to get interactive with live blogs and chats on the election.

Meanwhile, the press information bureau too has launched a website, pib.nic.in/elections2009, to cater to the needs of the media during 2009 general elections.
