| MUMBAI:
After getting the government nod for a demerger from Adlabs Films, Big FM will
be listed soon under the new holding company Reliance Unicom. The
plan is to list on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) as well as the National Stock
Exchange (NSE), within two months time. Earlier
this week, the Information and Broadcasting ministry had cleared Adlabs Films'
proposal to transfer its radio business to Reliance Unicom Ltd.
Under
the scheme of demerger, shareholders of Reliance Unicom would be issued one share
for each share held in Adlabs Films. Also
