MUMBAI: Baby Einstein, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company and the creator of infant media category, has been awarded its first award in India when it was selected for the Mother & Baby (M&B) Award in the DVD category.

Baby Einstein range of products in India that cost between Rs 159 to Rs 9,999 includes DVD, music CD, books and toys among others.

Baby Einstein was launched in India by My Baby Excel, a premium toy brand in India. The brand also got featured and gained popularity after appearing in shows like The Oprah Winfrey Show, Entertainment Tonight, Parenting, Parents, Child, Babytalk, American Baby, New Parent Magazine, People Magazine, Forbes, Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times and other broadcast outlet as well.
