MUMBAI: Ten Sports, which has the telecast rights to international matches from Sri Lanka, has lined up a fresh tri-series that will engage India.

The event, which will take place from 5-19 September, will also involve New Zealand and Sri Lanka. There will be seven matches.

"We have got confirmation for a new tri-series," says a source in Ten Sports.

In the original Future Tours programme (FTP), the event was to be a bilateral series between Sri Lanka and New Zealand.
