: CBS Corporation has elevated Joseph Ianniello to executive vice president (EVP)
and chief financial officer (CFO). Prior
to this, Ianniello was deputy CFO.
In
his new capacity, Ianniello will replace Fred Reynolds who has been with the company
for 38 years. "Ianneillo's
experience in the industry and his 12 years in key financial positions at CBS
makes him qualified for this new role. I look forward to the contribution he will
make as we move forward to deliver on the great promise of this corporation,"
said company president and CEO Leslie Moonves.
Ianneillo
will take charge as CFO with immediate effect but will take on to EVP only after
Reynolds steps down on 15 August. |
