MUMBAI: UTV New Media Ventures, the digital arm of UTV Group, has roped in Microsoft India Developer and Platform Evangelism (DPE) division marketing director Manish Agarwal as its new chief executive officer. He will be replacing the current CEO TN Prabhu.

Agarwal will assume his post early next week, sources say.

UTV owns new media properties like UTVatplay.com, UTVi.com, CXOtoday.com ,ChannelTimes.com and Techtree.com.

Prior to UTV, Prabhu was with The Walt Disney Internet Group as director.
