| MUMBAI:
BBC World News has lined up special programmes this July to commemorate the 40th
anniversary of the 1969 moon landing. The
programmes will explore the history and geology of the moon, how those initial
steps have impacted our lives and the future of space tourism. The line
up will include shows such as The Sky at Night - Special Edition, The
Sky at Night, The Moon and Fast:track. The
Sky at Night - Special Edition will feature an exclusive interview with Buzz
Aldrin, the second man to set foot on the moon. The
Moon will look back at the monumental moon landings in the 1960s and investigates
the concept of space tourism in the modern day.
Fast:track, meanwhile, will head to New Mexico to look at the reality
of space tourism. |
