MUMBAI: UK-based interactive gaming group Netplay TV announced on Friday that it has acquired two mobile gambling and skill gaming websites, Venturygames.co.uk and Toucanwin.com, of Info-download Ltd, a unit of Zed Worldwide SA. Zed currently operates in 54 countries.

The deal is done for $1.46 million in stock.

Netplay has also announced an exclusive two-year sales agreement with Zed to sell its range of interactive gaming solutions to Zed's 130 plus mobile network operator client base worldwide.

The deal will increase Zed Worldwide's total stake in Netplay to 13.76 per cent of the enlarged business.
