MUMBAI:
Zee TV is replacing Saregama Challenge with a dance
reality show, Dance India Dance, starting 30 January.
The
new weekend show will be placed at 9.30 pm slot. With Dance India Dance
occupying the slot, Naaginn would return to being a half-hour show, which
was recently converted to an hourly show.
The
channel has roped in veteran Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty
as a Mahaguru (grand master). The three mentors will don the
role of expert choreographers of a particular genre (Remo
– master of Hip Hop; Geeta – master of Indian classical
and Terrence – master of contemporary).
Lux
is the title sponsor of the show.
