Colors is also in the process of creating an afternoon band. Says Colors SVP and head – creative and content Ashvini Yardi, “We are finalising the afternoon slot and will be announcing that very soon."

On the movie front, Colors will enjoy the first airing advantage of 10 films including Ghajini, Jaane Tu Yaa Jaane Na, Golmaan Returns, Sarkar Raj Kidnap and Dil Kabaddi, among others. It has also acquired rights outside the first airing for seven movies like Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Roza and Chandni Bar.

On the reality content front, the channel will launch the second season of Fear Factor Khatron ke Khiladi (Endemol India) with Akshay Kumar. It will also be airing the next season of Bigg Boss.
