MUMBAI: Amar Chitra Katha, a collection
of illustrated classics, has now gone 'mobile'.
Partnering
with ACK Media, Vodafone Essar will make
Amar Chitra Katha content available to their
customers through a voice portal and Vodafone
Live.
Through
the Voice Portal, subscribers can listen
to folk stories from 'The Karadi Tales',
audio dramas from 'Charkha' and musical
tales from 'Under the Banyan Tree'. Customers
can also listen to poetry delivered by the
likes of Naseeruddin Shah, take quizzes
and chuckle over jokes from Tinkle.
