DELHI: Discovery Travel and Living will telecast three new
travel series - Walking the World, Things to try
before you die and Rough Guides.

Rajiv Bakshi, With an increasing desire to explore various
locales around the world, the three unique travel series on
Discovery Travel and Living will act as an ultimate guide
to the traveller. The series will undoubtedly encapsulate
every desired thrill that a traveller would want to experience.
From in-depth analysis for planning the perfect holiday to
gut-wrenching antics, the programmes will keep viewers engaged.
Rough Guides, a 17-episode show, will guide viewers
how to choose, plan and enjoy a perfect budget holiday. The
show, which will cover wildlife destinations to island escapes
to hip cities, will be telecast from 1 March, on Sundays at
9 pm.
Walking the World, a 10-part series, will take the
viewers through five continents exploring the planets
heights and depths, prehistoric forests and ancient wonders
of the world. The show will be telecast every Monday at 10
pm.
Hosted
by Jules Lund, Livinia Nixon and Gary Sweet, Things to
Try before You Die, an eight-part series, will show the
top 30 exclusive and outrageous activities in different destinations
across the globe on every Wednesday at 9 pm.
