Sunil Lulla quits Alva Brothers Entertainment

MUMBAI: Alva Brothers Entertainment group CEO and director Sunil Lulla has resigned.

Lulla had joined Alva Brothers in March 2008, and was the on the board of three of its companies - Alva Brothers, production arm Miditech, and the joint venture company (Real Global Broadcasting) with Turner International.

Confirming to Indiantelevision.com, Lulla said, “Yes I have quit.”

Lulla, however, remained tightlipped about his future move. “I will let you know,” he said.

Real Global Broadcasting had rolled out a Hindi general entertainment channel, Real, that failed to win audiences. Turner is reviewing its position and the channel is kept on maintenance mode.

Prior to Alva Brothers, Lulla was serving as CEO of Times Global Broadcasting. Before that, he was EVP at Sony Entertainment Television.
