Discovery's 'Shark Week' now on mobile

MUMBAI: Discovery Channel has partnered with Flo TV, a subsidiary of Qualcomm Inc, to bring Shark Week to FLO TV's live mobile TV service.

 
Beginning from 1 August, the series will be available on Flo TV till 14 August. Under the series, Shark Week will feature Day Of The Shark 2, Great White Appetite, Shark After Dark, Sharkbite Summer, Shark Attack: a boy's fight to survive and Sharks: a family affair.
 
 

Says Discovery Communications SVP digital media distribution Rebecca Glashow, "Adding Shark Week to the Flo TV service is part of our ongoing strategy to provide consumers with the ability to satisfy their curiosity. Shark Week has been a fan favourite and brand defining event for Discovery Channel for 22 years."
