In a deal negotiated by Southern Star International's senior sales executive Claire
Taltas, AB International Distribution, France has acquired the Australian one-hour
drama series Rush. Rush
is a Southern Star John Edwards production for Network Ten and is produced with
the assistance of Film Victoria. Currently in production on the second series,
it is a contemporary action drama set in a critical incident police unit; providing
an insider's view of police under pressure. These heroes are a mobile squad trained
to be smarter, tactically superior and technologically advantaged. Says
Southern Star International CEO, Catherine Payne, 'We are immensly pleased to
be announcing that AB International Distribution has once again acquired Rush
cementing our great relationship with them and the success of Australian programmes
