MUMBAI: In an attempt to boost its organisation's strength, Dish Network Corporation has announced several changes in the company's top management team.

The Dish Network's EVP and CFO Bernie Han is appointed as chief operating officer (COO) of the company. Han as COO will now be responsible for overseeing Dish Network's operations, information technologies and finance functions.

The company has assigned Tom Cullen, EVP of the company, to also oversee all Dish Network sales and marketing functions, in addition to his existing management of programming operations.

Both Han and Cullen as company's COO and EVP respectively will report to Dish Network's chairman, president and CEO Charlie Ergen.

Robert Olson, a degree holder in chemical engineering and a master's degree in business administration, is named as company's EVP and CFO. He will be reporting to the company's COO.

Olson has served as CFO of AT&T's consumer services division and business services division. Most recently he has worked with Trane Commercial Systems as CFO.
