Europe’s premier football business event that takes place on 13 May at Wembley
Stadium brings together senior delegates from across the football industry for
one day of discussion, networking and business. The
recently-appointed Controller of Sport for ITV Niall Sloans will speak on a panel
entitled Fans – Interacting with football’s number one stakeholder.
While
there are a plethora of channels and other media platforms airing live football
matches, dramatically extending consumer choice, there is also increased scrutiny
of the quality of live coverage. Sloans will outline how he plans to further improve
ITV’s football coverage in this highly competitive market. Also
speaking with him on the subject of fan interaction will be Celtic FC commercial
director Adrian Filby, Football Supporters Federation international co-ordinator
Kevin Miles, Nationwide sponsorship controller Chris Hull, and Goalwin president
