MUMBAI: Zee Network UK has appointed digital television business specialists Canis Media to handle the sale of Zee Radio's assets.

As reported earlier in Indiantelevision.com, Zee Radio will stop broadcasting from 30 April.

The sale mandate includes an AM analogue licence for 6 hours per day through Spectrum Radio, a London DAB licence, a place on the Sky Digital EPG, a DTH (direct-to-home) satellite radio channel and an online radio streaming website.

The assets will be sold individually or as a package wherein the selling process is expected to get completed within four weeks.
