MUMBAI: RRSat Gobal Communications Network, a content management and global distribution service provider has partnered with TVU Networks to launch Global Internet TV.

Global Internet is an end-to-end TV service solution that delivers TV from broadcasters across the world to viewers for viewing on television screens, PCs and mobile devices.

The internet TV system also allows broadcasters to monitor their channels through the service's integral ad insertion system that serves targeted, "high-value" advertising in accordance with each broadcaster's policy.

"We are happy to be partnered with TVU networks and are excited to offer our broadcasting customers a new category of services," says RRsat CEO and founder David Rivel.

TVU Networks offers a live internet TV broadcast platform that empowers broadcasters to reach global audience at a fixed low cost.

TVU Networks founder and CEO Paul Shen said, "The service jointly created by TVU Networks and RRSat is a one-stop shop for TV content owners that enable broadcasters to reach audiences and deliver live TV signals to any electronic device."
