DELHI: Hindi daily Dainik Bhaskar has inked content-sharing deals with NDTV, Malayalam
daily Mathrubhumi, Telugu daily Eenadu, and Hindi daily Prabhat Khabar (Eastern
region) in a bid to cover the general elections extensively.
Says
Business Bhaskar editor-in-chief K Yatish Rajawat, Our
objective was to present an unbiased report from the grassroots
of these states of the country which could not have been possible
otherwise. We hope that with Dainik Bhaskars philosophy
and an undeviated political analysis, we would be able to
provide reports and news which will not be available elsewhere.
According to industry experts, Indias media scenario has great opportunities
for media tie-ups. "Such
tie-ups help media groups to transcend lingual and geographic barriers and establish
their presence in new territories with superior quality content. This shall lead
to the creation of a brand identity across the region and would lead to a healthy
competition. The reader will be the greatest beneficiary as he will get the best
mix of diverse content and indepth analysis, adds Rajawat. |
