Star India chooses IBM for SAP implementation

MUMBAI: Star India has assigned IT company IBM for the implementation of Sap ECC 6.0 applications for its business processes.

The agreement is expected to enhance the process efficiency, which will aid Star India to support its customer experience and get control on the company's net margin.

 

"We feel that in order to provide the customer service, it is imperative to be flexible and agile to the changing needs of the market place. The Sap solution allow us to do that," said Star India CFO Sanjay Jain.

IBM India/South Asia managing partner- global business services Sandip Patel added, "We are delighted to have made in-roads into the media and entertainment space in India."

 
 

IBM global services works closely with over 2,200 organisations in India, spanning across varied industries to provide them with diverse spectrum of IT services, the company said in a release.
