 Zee News to telecast special shows on Navratri

MUMBAI: Zee News has lined up special shows and coverage to mark the occasions of both Navratri and Durga Pooja.

Channel will air specially packaged capsules on Navratri that will feature the 'aarti' from temples of Vaishno Devi, Vindyachal Devi, Kamakhya Devi, Kalka Dev and many more.

Additionally, Zee News will also telecast the traditional Garba dance performances and local festive celebrations from Gujarat.

Similarly, for Durga Pooja, viewers will get regular stories and updates beginning 5 October on various celebration styles and format across the country. The series is aimed at showcasing various aspects of celebrations from across the country and will culminate by capturing the Dusshera celebrations from Mysore.
