After running for eight long years, Star Plus’ very successful Kahaani
Ghar Ghar Kii is reaching its end on 9 October. With
Kahaani…, the Agarwal family has become a part of the Hindi-speaking
households in the country. Viewers seems to know character of Kahaani…
by reel name rather then their real names like Parvati (Sakshi Tanwar), Om
(Kiran Karmarkar), Kamal (Ali Asgar), Trishna (Mita Vasisht) and Pallavi (Achint
Kaur).  Star
Plus senior creative director Anupama Mandloi commented, “Kahaani Ghar
Ghar Kii is concluding after a successful span of eight years. A show that
created history and was a landmark for Indian television ends on 9 Oct. It is
a time of nostalgia, sadness and yet a feeling of triumph for all those associated
with the show. This week will be a tribute and a farewell to one of the biggest
successes on television.”
 On
the finale, Kahaani… will showcase the penultimate episode imbibing
the spirit of Dassera - the triumph of good over evil. This episode will see the
Agarwal household together striving for their unity. The channel will also air
some unheard secrets and nostalgic moments on the show.
