Siggraph Asia ropes in CGIndia as media partner

MUMBAI: ACM Siggraph Asia has roped in CGIndia as media partner for its 2008 chapter which is scheduled in Singapore between 10-13 December.

Siggraph Asia 2008 will feature creative, scientific, and educational work that provokes thought, explores ideas in innovative ways, addresses contemporary issues, interactively engages viewers in discovery, and stimulates their intellect and imagination, says an official release.

"CGIndia is happy to get associated with Siggraph Asia for promoting the event by various means. Siggraph Asia will act as a common platform, not only to give digital innovators, researchers, designers and artists, a chance to interact and learn new technology, but also an opportunity to showcase their work in world-renowned conference," said CGIndia president Amit Dixit.
