The comedy series is centered upon the lives of an impressionable young boy, Flapjack, and his two advice-giving best friends: a crusty old pirate called Captain K’nuckles and a wise-talking blue whale, Bubbie, whose mouth they call “home, sweet home.”

Armed with an overwhelming desire to be known as a true “Adventurer,” Flapjack will do anything to follow his quest to reach a fabled floating island, no matter the number of insurmountable obstacles or overwhelming dangers he might face. The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack is created by Thurop Van Orman and is produced at Cartoon Network Studios in Burbank, CA.
