MUMBAI: Big FM, in association with Access Atlantech Edutainment (I) Ltd, has introduced a RJ training course for aspiring RJ’s. Headquartered at Byron Bay Australia, Access Atlantech Edutainment runs SAE College for RJ Training Course in India.

The five-week certified training course will be conducted at SAE campuses across ten cities in India namely Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Dibrugarh, Cochin, Coimbatore and Trivandrum.

As part of its association, Big FM will have its in-house management programming associates as visiting faculty. Big FM will also lend its studios for advance level training programs at regular intervals. The course will offer RJ training as well as knowledge about future technology modules.

Big FM VP human resources Lancelot Cutinha said, “With the economy on a high trajectory growth, the industry at large has never experienced such a mismatch between supply and demand for talent as it exists today and this scenario calls for some going beyond conventional measures and some out-of-box thinking to address the issue.”

Access Atlantech Edutainment CEO Rathish Babu said, “This initiative from Access Atlantech Edutainment with Big FM is a continuing effort from our side to fill the demand gap and enable, offer a course which will be a direct industry driven one with core academics in place which ensures strong learning ground as well as a professional working environment for a student. An internationally aligned programme SAE offers such programs with other global leaders as Steinberg, Digidesign and Apple in other parts of the world.”
