MUMBAI: KidsCo has partnered with cable operators namely
Teuve, Ono, Orange and R Cable to expand its new Spanish
service operations into Western Europe.
KidsCo,
a kids channel launched this month, is owned by the
NBC Universal, DIC Entertainment and Corus Entertainment.
The
channel, which has already launched in Eastern Europe
and Asia, plans to air in approximately 40 territories
within the next 18 months.
KidsCo’s
programming for the new region will include pre-school
shows like Strawberry Shortcake, Boobah, Maggie and
the Ferocious Beast, Dennis the Menace and Care Bears.
Kidsco
will also screen family-oriented feature length movies.
