DELHI: B.A.G Films and Media is all set to launch its entertainment
channel E24 on 27 March. The channel is housed under B.A.G
Glamour, a subsidiary company of B.A.G Films and Media.

Films and Media MD Anurradha Prasad said, “Ours is a
channel that will focus on news from Bollywood that will cater
to a wide age-group. This, we believe, will diversify the
entertainment industry and the channel will create a genre
of its own.
“I
feel the world has an eye on Bollywood and this is an industry
that will grow. What could be a better way to enter the entertainment
market?”, she adds.
The
channels editorial team is headed by Bindu Sharma. An official
release says that E24 will leverage well-established distribution
network as well as the news gathering infrastructure of its
older sibling, News 24.
On
the distribution front, say the channel officials, cable operators
can download E24 from Satellite INSAT 4A. E 24 will also be
available across other delivery platforms, such as DTH, mobile
TV and web streaming.
