MUMBAI: Hong Kong-based Buongiorno, which works in the field of digital entertainment, has launched a mobile video magazine Fashion Fix.

Fashion Fix will initially be available in the UK for the customers of O2, but will gradually be introduced in other markets in association with local operators.

Buongiorno CEO and COO Simone Ranucci Brandimarte says, "Fashion Fix is a unique content service, offering modern women, who are facing growing choice and complexity, a simple and easy way to be on the cutting edge of fashion. It is great example of the latest mobile VAS technology overseas and we hope to be able to introduce a similar initiative in India too at the earliest, thereby offering our customers a truly innovative mobile experience."

Fashion Fix targets women aged 18–34 years who have an eye for style and a passion for shopping. The two-minute weekly show and accompanying MMS is crammed with fashion info, fashion events, secret sale alerts and gossip, alternating between coverage of the two shows: Star Steal and Hot off the Rail.

Star Steal focuses on one celebrity (such as Kate Moss) per show, analysing her look and how to emulate it by buying clothes and accessories from top stores. While Hot off the Rail features items from stores including Topshop, Primark, H&M and French Connection, with suggestions on where to buy, what to buy and how to combine them
