MTV to premiere second season of 'On The Job'

MUMBAI: MTV, the youth brand music channel is all set to launch the second season of its career based show, On The Job on 8 June at 7 pm. This season, MTV On The Job2, will let contestant go for internship in 13 different 'fun and offbeat' careers.

MTV has roped in Roadies 5.0 contestant Bani as counselor, guide and host of the show. The jury for the show includes VJ Nikhil Chinnappa and Pritish Nandy apart from the expert from the field joining in on the jury panel for each episode. Each episode will feature three contestants, fighting for dream internship.

MTV India GM and VP creative and content Ashish Patil said, “More and more young people are choosing to follow their heart and use their talent earn fame and fortune through careers in fashion, radio, social service, television, aviation and more. If you’re wondering ‘main badaa hokar kya banunga?’ then MTV plays career counselor to answer that.

For the show, MTV has roped in Intel as title sponsor and Avlon as associate sponsor. The partners on Intel MTV On The Job2 include Headlines Today, Hindustan Times, Radio One, PVR Cinemas, Shoppers Stop and EMDI Institute of Media and Communication.
