MUMBAI:
In an attempt to realign its production and operations management
team, Warner Bros Television (WBTV) has elevated Brett Paul
to the post of executive vice president production.
In
his new capacity, Paul will serve as the studio's top business
executive, overseeing production, business affairs, legal,
finance and operations. Paul will continue to report to WBTV
president Roth.
Roth
said, "Brett has made invaluable contributions to Warner
Bros. Television during his tenure as head of business affairs,
operations and finance, and his combination of brilliant negotiating
skills and creative business acumen make him the perfect executive
to take on oversight of our production activities."
Also,
Sue Palladino has been named executive VP production. She
will be succeeding Judith Zaylor, who recently announced her
retirement from the company.
Palladino
will be responsible for day-to-day production operations that
include costs and logistics related to the primetime series,
telefilms and miniseries, produced by the division. She will
report to Paul.
"Sue
brings nearly 30 years of production and business management
experience to the job as our day-to-day head of production,
and we are thrilled to have her taking on this new role,"
Roth added.
Palladino
had served as senior VP, business affairs since January 2007.
