MUMBAI: INX Network's Hindi general entertainment channel (GEC) 9X is now available on Zee's direct-to-home (DTH) service Dish TV.

With this agreement, all the three channels of INX Network including music channel 9XM and English news channel NewsX are available to Dish TV subscribers.

9X is also available on the other DTH platform Tata Sky.

INX Media founder and CEO Indrani Mukerjea said, "9X has reached Dish TV viewers in time for the launch of two of our biggest shows, Lux Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket which starts on 6 July, and Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki, which starts on 7 July."

Dish TV's channel offering has now crossed the 200 mark. This also includes 21 digital radio channels and eight services.

Dish TV MD Jawahar Goel said, "With the addition of 9X, Dish TV has further enhanced its general entertainment channel offering. All major channels, be it of national importance, regional bent, news, sports, music, children are available to the Dish TV subscriber base, which currently stands at 3.4 million and growing at a fast pace."
