MUMBAI: ABC
Television, the Disney Channel and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer
(MGM) will deliver TV shows and movies to the Xbox 360
console as part of Microsoft's Xbox Live programming
service online.
ABC
will make programmes including Lost, Desperate Housewives
and Grey's Anatomy available via Microsoft's
Xbox Live Marketplace from this month.
According
to Microsoft's entertainment and devices division president
Robbie Bach, all U.S. Xbox Live members will be able
pull down TV shows and movies from the ABC Television
Network, ABC Family, ABC News, Disney Channel and Toon
Disney as part of an agreement with the Walt Disney
Co's Disney-ABC Television Group.
