It
will be established in association with
FX Labs, Suresh Productions, Gemini TV and
DQ Entertainment. A special purpose vehicle,
digital entertainment city task force (DECTF),
will manage the project.
The
aforesaid companies and production houses
will also open academy to offer courses
in digital entertainment for which work
will begin in June. The first face is expected
to be ready by December.
The
proposed digital city will also have incubators
for start-up companies to make and test
their products.
The
government will allot 100 to 200 acres of
land for the project that DECTF will manage.
