MUMBAI: IOL Broadband has changed its name from IOL Broadband Ltd to IOL Netcom Ltd, with effect from 10 January 2008.

Moreover, IOL Netcom has got an "A" category Internet service provide (ISP) license and can now provide broadband/Internet protocol television (IPTV)/VOIP and other value-added services across the country because of the amalgamation of Exatt Technologies Pvt Ltd with the company.

The Company has received the fresh certificate of incorporation, consequent upon the change of name from Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai.

IOL Netcom also delivers interactive gaming, video conferencing, an e-education channel and live financial data from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
