Vehrnon Ibrahim is joining Radio One as national programming head on 3 March.
He comes in from Red FM where he was the national programming head.
Radio
One CEO Vineet Singh Hukmani said, "Vehrnon is the only
natural programming head in the radio industry and is a perfect
fit for our metro city focus."
Ibrahim
said, "It is going to be fun steering this station brand
to the top position. What attracted me to Radio One was the
seven metro city focussed game plan."
Ibrahim
is an accomplished lead singer of India's heavy metal band Millenium and has performed
on stage with Deep Purple and will be doing so soon with Megadeth. |
