Sunil Lulla joins Alva Brothers as director, group CEO

MUMBAI: Sunil Lulla is set to join the Alva Brothers as group CEO and director on the Board of three of its companies - the holding company of Alva Brothers; production arm Miditech Pvt Ltd and the joint venture with Turner International that houses the soon-to-be launched general entertainment broadcasting network.

Lulla officially takes charge as group chief executive on 1 March. Lulla is currently transitioning from his role of CEO of Times Global Broadcasting, the news broadcasting arm of the Bennet Coleman and Co.

With a financial interest in the group, the new role will offer him entrepreneurial opportunities as well as enable him to build valuable businesses across the content chain.
