MUMBAI:
Kicking off with the festive season, Filmy has announced the
line up of movies for August.
The
channel will air movies like Chota Jadugar, The Next Karate
Kid, Mr India and Hanuman in the Junior Filmy block
which airs every Sunday at 10 am.
The
channel has range of blockbuster movies like Hum Dil De
Chuke Sanam and Lage Raho Munnabhai which will
be aired in this month.
To
celebrate Independence Day, the channel will air movies such
as Pukar, Lakshya and Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani
on 15 August. Also, every Sunday at 3 pm, Filmy's One Break
Movies will showcase SRK films like Swades, Devdas, Karan
Arjun, Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam and Kabhi Haan Kabhi
Naa.
This
month, Filmy will also showcase to back-to-back Hollywood
movies in the Hollywood Smash Hit block on Thursdays at 8
pm. The titles include The Blob, The Last Dragon, Air Force
One, Dragon in Fury, Terminal Velocity and Terror In
The Deep among others.
