MUMBAI: SintecMedia, a global provider of management solutions for the media industry, has announced the appointment of Moses Zelniker to the newly created VP (New Media) position with immediate effect.

SintecMedia CEO Amotz Yarden said, "Moses will be a primary drive in the company as we move forward in providing leadership in advanced management solutions. We created the new position to address the changing media landscape and to enhance the new initiatives that we are bringing to the market."

Zelniker will lead expansion of OnAir system to manage personalised advertising on linear and non-linear platforms that will enable media companies, including broadcasters, to address content such as advertising to various target audiences across multiple platforms over a plethora of devices.

Prior to SintecMedia, Zelniker was serving Scopus Video Networks as assistant VP (Marketing and Business Development). He spearheaded the NASDAQ traded company's system architecture and products for the cable industry.

Zelniker is an MBA from Heriot Watt Univesity, Scotland and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
