Maya Entertainment strengthens education vertical with new appointments

MUMBAI: Maya Entertainment Ltd has announced new senior management inductions to strengthen its team in the education vertical.

Atul Vohra, whose last assignment was with Autodesk, Inc as Asia Pacific sales head, has been appointed as president for the education vertical.

Vohra was previously involved with Aptech Limited for about 10 years.


Yogesh Panjnani has been roped in as VP for non conventional revenues. He will spearhead the expansion of the education vertical outside conventional modules, hitherto serviced by MAAC.

Yogesh has not only had a five-year stint with NIIT Limited, but he has also worked with Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited.


Furthermore, while Ashok Joshi has been appointed as the education vertical's regional manager for the West zone, the Eastern zone will be taken care of by Sudipta Seal.

Maya Entertainment Limited MD and CEO Ronald D’mello said "With our recent introduction of Academic Advisory Board comprising stalwarts from relevant industries and induction of new management prowess, we are heading for an interesting phase in the lifecycle of MAAC. We are building the platform for a multi-dimentional education business under MAAC brand with multiple distinct verticals of education offerings in the time to come."
