U-To Solutions brings BroadView to India

MUMBAI: U-To Solutions, an IT firm with media as a key thrust area, has tied up with Canada's BroadView to bring the Canadian software firm to India.

BroadView specialises in broadcast information-management solutions.

The partnership will facilitate BroadView to enter the Indian market to enhance U-To's existing product suite consisting of solutions in the area of distribution and finance.

 

BroadView Software Inc. has developed solutions in creating software for the IT-based broadcast industry. It is a worldwide provider of media solutions servicing over 230 stations.

BroadView president and CEO Michael Atkin said, "BroadView's ability to bring all operations under a unified, easy to access graphical user interface marks a fundamental advance in broadcast information management enabling workflow efficiencies. We look forward to new technologies like IPTV and also work in progress technologies like CAS and DTH."

 

U-To is already established in the Indian market as a solution provider to Star, 9X, Indian Broadcast Foundation and Sab TV, stated an official release. Furthermore, U-To has also developed solutions in promo-scheduling, remittance and budgeting for Star India.

U-To is licensed to sell, support and maintain BroadWay's software products in South East Asia, Africa and the Middle East including Australia.

On the software services side, U-To has worked with companies like Johnson and Johnson, Star, Ambuja Cement, CIPLA, Nilkamal Plastics and Sultex.
