MUMBAI: US broadcaster Fox's mobile division Fox Mobile Entertainment (FME) has announced the launch of the Fox Entertainment Mobile Network.

This is a mobile web portal that puts television content at one convenient mobile location. The company made the announcement from the annual Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) trade show being held in Las Vegas this week.

The portal includes a variety of content from Fox, FX, Speed, National Geographic Channel, and Fox Reality Channel and includes over 30 mobile web sites for shows like The Simpsons, 24, Family Guy and Nip/Tuck. All content can be accessed by mobile users on their mobile phone’s web browser at FoxMobile.com.

FME senior VP Mitch Feinman says, “Fox is continually setting the standard in creating and delivering innovative entertainment. The Fox Entertainment Mobile Network provides mobile users with a truly unique and diverse roster of globally-recognised content at one convenient mobile destination, making it another example of the company’s leadership in the digital revolution."

The Fox Mobile Entertainment Network brings the Fox Networks Group online web experience to the wireless market. Mobile platform and management tools from July Systems enable the Network to offer a robust and highly branded consumer experience. All wireless subscribers can access the Fox Mobile Entertainment Network on their mobile browsers at FoxMobile.com.
