MUMBAI:
Sony Pictures Television International will exhibit at Amazia,
a business to business exhibition conference and networking
event in Asia.
The
conference is devoted to the creation and distribution of
television, music and gaming content across all delivery platforms.
Over
50 international media and entertainment companies including
Zee Network India, have already signed up as exhibitors for
the inaugural edition, set to take place from 17 to 20 November
2008, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
"With
our slate of multi-platform series and our emphasis on pushing
the boundaries of digital distribution, we see Amazia as a
platform for us to showcase our latest digital content,"
said Sony Pictures Television International SVP distribution
Asia Ross A Pollock.
Some
of the exhibitors at Amazia include: Lionsgate (USA); China
Movie Channel (China); Zee Networks (India); Toei Animation
(Japan); Phoenix Satellite TV (HK); MGM (US); Channel 4 (UK);
Endemol (UK); Deutsche Welle (Germany); Dori Media Group (Israël);
Telemundo (USA); Televisa (USA); TV Azteca (Mexico).
