Big FM launches in Mysore

MUMBAI: Big 92.7 FM has launched in Mysore. The latest launch marks the 37th station of the network across the country.

Already operational in places that include Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Big FM will launch eight more stations to reach the targe of 45 stations by the year end.

The content mix of Mysore station boasts of a early morning show Suprabhata, breakfast show Big Durbar, Churmuri, Mysore Bandi, requests show Song Booth and night show Preethinda Hari.

Big FM director south Sabita Kath said, "We are very excited about launching in the city of Mysore on the auspicious occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava. We are the first private radio station in the city and have already created palpable excitement among the people of the city. The programming mix of the station has been put together after much research and understanding of local requirements. We are completely geared and are eagerly looking forward to entertaining the city of Mysore."
