| MUMBAI:
Prime Focus has roped in Parminder Bhatia as group chief operating officer, a
position that is being created as the company is on an aggressive expansion mode.
Bhatia
moves from Century Communications where he was the group COO.
His earlier stints were at General Electric, Ernst and Young
and Bennett Coleman and Company Ltd (BCCL).
Bhatia's
appointment comes at a time when Prime Focus is expanding
into national and international markets such as US, Europe
and London.
Last
year, the digital post-production and visual effects services
company acquired VTR, a £20 million post-production
house in London which offers services in films, drama and
commercials.
